The independent state of The Funan is founded as the sovereign kingdom in 1970 on ancient funan territories.The Funan Kingdom encourages active participation of the citizens in public life of the state and invites all people of good will, the cosmopolitan views having desire to create the territory of a personal liberty and creativity to build own destiny in aspiration to become the true citizen of the world.
